Yes, we assist with planning applications and can work with specialist Planning Consulants if your project is likely to need it. We also provide all necessary designs to achieve Building Regulation approval for your project.

Do you handle Planning Permissions and Building Regulations?

Can you help with the other parties involved in building projects?

Yes, we can assist with putting you in touch with contractors, engineers, building control and any other party needed depending on the project. We manage the third parties on your behalf, as part of our estimate we will provide a list of what specialists will be required and how much they are likely to cost.
